Really more like a 4.25-4.5. The fit is just a hair off OEM quality. The zippers on some of the covers were a bit sticky. Color matched sample, and the sofa is both comfortable and supportive with the new covers. Definitely order samples in the colors of interest before ordering covers because Internet color repro accuracy is NOT reliable, even though US customers can expect to wait 8 weeks or so between ordering samples and receiving your covers in your final color choice.

Couldn't imagine this being better! The color, feel of the fabric, craftsmanship....all are five out of five. I got a brand new, beautiful couch without having to lug a single piece of furniture around. SO HAPPY! Of note: I used the free fabric sample process, too. Such a helpful step before making such a big purchase that you'll have to live with for a while. Highly recommend that. Was able to easily rule out certain fabrics and choose what I liked best. Both the samples and the finished product came QUICKLY, which I didn't necessarily expect, especially for the couch cover, since I knew it was being made to order for me and coming all the way from the UK.
